How to Use WES Coach

Search any exercise by name, equipment, or movement type. Try "squat", "DB", "hip hinge", or even "beginner".

Use the tier tabs (White / Blue / Black) to filter by difficulty level.

White
Beginner (P1–3). Foundational movements with lower skill and load demand. Starting point for new members.
Blue
Intermediate (P4–6). Moderate complexity. Requires a solid base of strength and movement quality.
Black
Advanced (P7–10). High skill or load demand. Reserved for members with proven movement competency.
Knee
Squat, lunge, and step patterns. Primary knee flexion under load.
Hip
Hinges, deadlifts, bridges, and glute work. Hip extension as the main driver.
H. Push
Horizontal Push. Chest press and push-up variations. Pushing away from the body.
V. Push
Vertical Push. Overhead press and shoulder work. Pushing above the head.
H. Pull
Horizontal Pull. Rows and face pulls. Pulling toward the body horizontally.
V. Pull
Vertical Pull. Pulldowns and pull-ups. Pulling from above the head downward.
Core
Core & Carries. Planks, stability work, and loaded carries.
